Connecting client teams with bar professionals face-to-face

Many Barfly clients find it tough to get out into the trade as much as they’d like. And often when they do it’s the brand ambassador’s favourite bartenders who they meet, bringing with it rose-tinted views of the brand in question. In short, the real truth rarely comes out.
Barfly’s Bar Safaris put clients face-to-face with hand-selected, senior bar professionals. Spread over the course of one or more nights, we visit up to four bars and spend 30-minutes with the bar owners or senior bartender, getting under the skin of the issue at hand.
All Bar Safaris are led by a Barfly Director or Managing Partner, or one of our local anchors in the 100+ cities where we operate around the world. Once the Bar Safari is complete, we send a summary report highlighting the headline findings from the visits along with our consultancy advice on next steps.
