The business approached Barfly to create an internal guidebook to help inspire, educate and steer brand teams across the company’s portfolio who were planning on executing their own flagship bar.
Underpinned with filmed interviews with key stakeholders of the existing flagship venues, the guidebook has now become a cornerstone for teams to go on that journey. The content covers the driving principles of successful flagships, commercial structure options, brewing choices, in-bar activation strategies, activity road maps and how to develop an on-premise mindset, to name just a few chapters.
The ‘Flawless Flagships’ guidebook was designed specifically to house a large amount of strategic and directional informational but present it in an easy-to-understand and, most importantly, actionable way. If the guide didn’t help people build new flagships, it simply wasn’t fit for purpose.
