Leveraging bartender insights to uncover category growth opportunities  

To unearth the growth potential across key spirits categories, we tapped into our Barfly500panel - a network of professional bartenders working in premium and premium-mainstreamUS accounts. We conducted a series of in-depth quantitative assessment across major US cities, focusing on three core categories: Tequila, World Whiskey, and Scotch. Our research explored live dynamics within each category, including: 

• Identification of hot brands and emerging players
• Analysis of category drivers and trends
• Evaluation of popular drink strategies
 

Our dynamic approach allowed us to track real-time market movements and assess the performance of both Moet-Hennessy brands and their competitors.


 

OUR IMPACTS

Each report broke down the category landscape alongside current and emerging trends and developments, equipping Moet-Hennessy with the street-level knowledge to then refine their approach to brand positioning and market activation strategies.
