Beer is Toby’s thing. When he’s not with us, Toby runs side projects including Craft Beer Rising, Brew//LDN and BrewBroker. Toby’s career spans developing, testing and activating all sorts of drinks brands in multiple categories and multiple markets.

A veteran of the bar industry. Ryan has spent his career managing some of the most popular venues across the UK. A self-proclaimed drinks-nerd, he brings a wealth of knowledge and on-trade experience to Barfly.

 Lucy’s journey in the industry began behind the bar at Manchester’s iconic music venue, Albert Hall. With a degree in social anthropology and being a food and drinks researcher, Lucy loves getting out and about with consumers to understand why they drink what they do.

Having started her career producing integrated advertising campaigns for Carlsberg Group and other global FMCG brands, Elly’s followed her passion for drinks and brand building and now helps to influence innovation strategy.

Rosie’s career began in public relations, crafting stories for drink brands. Pivoting to bartender advocacy, she developed a market research app to recruit on-trade drink experts, using this panel to build advocacy programmes and content for spirits brands.

Julie has always been passionate about drinks, starting her sales and marketing career at Holsten Brewery, Labatt’s and then Bacardi-Martini. With her new business experience sharpened on the agency side, she now focuses on building new relationships for Barfly.
