New Orleans is famed for its gastronomic output, and people continue to flock to the culinary capital for a taste of Gumbo, Po’Boys and Beignets. As well as the famous food, it has always been a cocktail city and legend has it that the Sazerac and Ramos Gin Fizz, amongst others, were conceived and created down in New Orleans. It has never been a destination for beer-lovers, but with more craft breweries setting up camp it looks like the beer landscape might be about to change.
